Global Consultant

Mike’s work as a Global Consultant takes him to places as scattered as Ethiopia, India, Europe and the U.S. In each place, he asks the Lord to lead him to people, resources and opportunities that can be brought together in ways that enable followers of Jesus to bear each other’s burdens, and to be a blessing to those inside and beyond the household of faith. As he walked among the rural villages served by the Addis Kidan Baptist Church, in Ethiopia, Mike saw many development needs... and also vibrant faith in Jesus Christ. He is eager to enable followers of Jesus in America to join the struggle of these Ethiopian sisters and brothers, especially in short term mission teams that will work to make clean, life-giving water available to the people and their farms. He is eager, also, to see those American followers of Jesus blessed as they walk with people whose faith sustains them through incredible hardships. Over and over, whether in Thailand or around the world, we see that when followers of Jesus come together to “bear one another’s burdens,” the Spirit of God brings blessing to everyone.
